Complete with some damage. Traces of letters and ankh (Egyptian life-sign) on verso. Complete on all sides, except the top, where the sheet appears to have been cut away after it was inscribed.

Notes/Discussion:

Daniel & Maltomini (1990, p: 97) note that the first editor regarded the impressions of ink on the back, caused by the folding, as a poorly washed out text, and his assumption that the papyrus is a palimpsest led him to confuse recto and verso.
