Notes/Discussion:

Represents an interesting example of a formulary converted into an applied text by the addition of the name.

Description on the British Library’s Collection Website is incorrect as of 3/4/2019.

Perhaps some effaced text on upper left part, left of image.

Catalogued together with Or 5517-5566 all from the Cairo Genizah (EL from British Library Catalogue on 17/12/19)
